Data controller
The data controller is the owner of FlyDirecto, an independent project owned by a private individual. For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, please use the form on our contact page.
What data we process and why
Contact and error-report forms. If you write to us, we process the data you give us (your name if you provide it, your email address and your message) only to reply to you and, where relevant, to correct the data you point out. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you send the form, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with them and for a maximum of one year.
Browsing. We don’t use our own analytics cookies or build profiles. The server may log technical data about visits (such as your IP address) for security and to keep the site running, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Advertising and affiliate links. If ads or affiliate content are shown, the third parties listed in our cookie policy may process browsing data with your consent.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell or pass on your data. It is processed on the controller’s behalf by these providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc., hosting and delivery of the website.
- Web3Forms, the form delivery service, which forwards your message to our email.
- Google (AdSense advertising) and Travelpayouts (affiliate programme), only when active and as set out in the cookie policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; if so, they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to us through the contact form. If you feel we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
